How to get started

We keep the process simple so you and your dog can get started quickly.

New Clients

Step 1: Submit an Inquiry

Complete the short Client Intake Form so we can learn more about you, your dog, and the type of training or services you’re interested in.

This form helps us understand your dog’s background, training goals, and any behavioural challenges so we can determine the best next steps.

Step 2: Review & Sign the Client Agreement

All clients must review and complete the Client Agreement & Waiver prior to participating in training, boarding, daycare, or other services.

This agreement outlines important policies, safety procedures, and expectations to ensure a safe and positive experience for all dogs and clients.

The agreement must be renewed every 12 months.

Step 3: Submit Vaccination Records

For the health and safety of all dogs in our care, we require up-to-date vaccination records prior to your dog’s first service.

Next Step: Scheduling

Once your intake form, agreement, and vaccination records have been received, we will review your information and follow up with the next steps for scheduling.

Depending on your needs, this may include:

• Private training sessions
• Puppy training programs
• Board & train programs
• Boarding or daycare services

We’ll work with you to create a plan that best supports both you and your dog.

Welcome back!

We’re always happy to see familiar dogs and their owners again! To book additional services, please make sure your information is current.

To book additional services, please follow the steps below to ensure your information is up to date.

Step 1:

Confirm Your Client Agreement Is Current

Our Client Agreement & Waiver must be completed every 12 months to participate in training, boarding, daycare, or other services.

Agreement expired? Complete the Agreement Renewal Form.
It’s been over a year since your last visit? Complete the Annual Client Update Form to ensure we have your most current information.

Step 2:

Provide Updated Vaccination Records

For the health and safety of all dogs in our care, we require up-to-date vaccination records to be on file.

If your dog’s vaccinations have been updated since your last visit, please email the updated records to info@caninesontrack.com.

Step 3:

Submit a Booking Request

Once your agreement and vaccination records are up to date, you can submit a Booking Request Form to request your next service.

This allows us to review availability and confirm scheduling for services such as:

• Private training sessions
• Boarding stays
• Board & train programs
• Daycare or enrichment services

We will follow up to confirm your booking and finalize the details.
