Thank you for choosing Canines on Track.

Before participating in any training, boarding, daycare, or enrichment services, all clients must review and sign our Client Agreement & Waiver.

This ensures the safety, well-being, and enjoyment of all dogs in our care and sets clear expectations for owners.

How to Complete

Step 1: Review the full agreement text carefully.

Step 2: Confirm your understanding and agreement by completing the digital signature on the form.

Step 3: Submit any required documents, such as vaccination records, if not already provided.

Q: Do I need to submit this every time I book a service?

A: No. The agreement is valid for 12 months. You’ll be prompted to renew annually.

Q: What if my dog’s vaccinations are updated?

A: E-mail updated records to us at info@caninesontrack.com to keep your file current.

Q: What happens after I submit the agreement?
A: Once submitted, we will review it and confirm that everything is complete. You’ll then be ready to schedule services.
